Overview

As we know, unstructured content is often created and distributed through various MS Office Applications. Recognizing that users work within these applications, Novabrain has developed add-on toolbars that allow users to store documents directly in the right location without having to open the Novabrain application. In addition, retrieval of information can also be done through the same toolbar which allows users to search for documents based on content and business object association.

Using Novabrain for MS Office, companies can pre-define business objects and make them available globally to end users through their office applications. A business object is an anchor for content association. The business object would include data fields related to a contract, customer, partner, project, person, financial report etc.
